An immersive pop-up dedicated to pastel-hued Instagram account Accidentally Wes Anderson is coming to London in December.
The Instagram account, which has more than 1.2 million followers, posts photos of buildings and scenes from all over the world which share the aesthetic that film director Anderson is known for. Think pastel shades, saturated colours, artfully symmetrical frames and charming backdrops.
The exhibition, which has already been to New York, celebrates the launch of the Accidentally Wes Anderson book, which contains photos and information about 200 AWA locations worldwide, with a foreword by Anderson himself.
A limited number of prints and copies of the book are available to buy at the pop-up — we suggest getting there early in the run if you're keen to bag one. Otherwise, just enjoy ogling the photos, and act like you're starring in your own Wes Anderson film.
